The Lucky Dino Casino has been around since 2014. The welcome bonus is modest but ultimately generous, which is much like the overall feeling you get at Lucky Dino. It’s powered by some of the big software providers so you’re getting a good bunch of options for slots, table games, lottery, and live casino games.

It’s powered by some of the big software providers so you’re getting a good bunch of options for slots, table games, lottery, and live casino games.
Owned by the Giant Gaming Group and licensed in Malta, Lucky Dino is a safe place to play. Aesthetically, the look is low key, but we found that everything ran smoothly and there’s a crispness to the graphics in general.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Great selection of software providers for optimal game options.
- Progressive jackpot offerings.
- A simple site that’s easy to navigate through.
Cons
- Live chat isn’t always available. However, this isn’t that uncommon and they’re good about getting back to you once available.
- There could be fees connected to some of the withdrawal methods. Just check the fine print before confirming your withdrawal.
Lucky Dino Promotions and Bonuses
You’ll start with a bonus after their first deposit - depending on your location and once you have opted in. The deposit bonus comes with a 50x wagering requirement. Other promotions may come with different bonus requirements altogether. We suggest you check out the fine print.
Game Options at Lucky Dino
We found that Lucky Dino casino games collection for the Canadian market was all about the slots. There aren’t much in the way of classic table games like poker and roulette. You also won’t see the live dealer game options. However, if slots are your thing, all the big providers are powering the casino. NetEnt,, Big Time Gaming, Evolution Gaming, Play ‘n Go, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, and more. They also have some great progressive jackpots. Slots
Noteworthy slot machines include Rich Wilde’s Book of Dead, Starburst, Mystery Joker, and Gonzo’s Quest Megaways. They’re also packing a lot of the best new slots like Visitors, Sheriff Colt, Madame Ink, Return of the Dead, and Golden Tsar.
Progressive Slots
We popped in to check out jackpots available for some slots. They don’t post it on the site, you have to see the details by loading the game. We checked out Crystal Mirror and they had a few jackpots on offer. The Daily Drop was at 5 figures while the hourly drop was coming close to the $1,000 mark. Abolutootely Mad Mega Moulah was up to 7 figures in its jackpot. We didn’t see any big wins in the news section but Lucky Dino gives players the opportunities to win millions in a single spin.
Table Games
When it comes to table games in the video department, there is but one. NetEnt’s Video poker version called Casino Hold ‘Em is on offer. Best to head to the live casino for more. Canadians can’t take part in any of the table games that Lucky Dino has.
Live Dealer/Casino Games
When we head to the live casino, there is nothing to be seen. Unable to comment on what the lobby looks like or the variety of games. There is a live casino button but nothing there under the Canadian site.
Other Online Casino Games
Again, we didn’t find video poker, scratch games, or bingo.
Registration at Lucky Dino
Signing up was easy enough. They asked us for some personal details like phone number (for verification), address, and full name. We had to verify by plugging in the 6-digit passcode that was sent via mobile. It took less than 2 minutes and rewards were already being offered. Verification is a common practice for all reputable online casinos now. The verification process was easy enough and to be honest, we’d be concerned if they didn’t request this. Licensed in Malta, it’s completely safe to give them your personal information. They have encryption software to ensure nobody can access your info.
Deposits and withdrawals
Canadians have the option to use Interac Online, Interac e-Transfer, Credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), or an e-Wallet option (MuchBetter). When you’re deciding what deposit method you want to use, keep in mind that you must withdraw back to the same payment method. This is a common request for security purposes. The e-Wallet is usually the quickest method when it comes to withdrawal time.
The Lucky Dino online casino offers the first withdrawal of the month for free. Thereafter, there are fees associated with withdrawing. For all Canadian payment options, the fee is 3% with a minimum charge of $2 and a max of $25. The withdrawal processing time from the casino is 24 hours. One more thing, your minimum withdrawal allowance is $30 while the maximum is $10,000.
Lucky Dino’s User Experience
While Lucky Dino is simple, all graphics are impeccable. The banking area is easy to find on the top right corner and the games lobby offers different subpages to make it easy. You can click on the “New” section to find those newly released games. You can head to the big “Slots” lobby as well. While there are buttons for live casino and table games, there’s not much on offer.
All pages and games load quickly enough. The slots collection is the star of the show. They make it easy to find your favorite slots. The navigation allows you to search for your favorite game whether it’s a normal slot or a jackpot slot. You can search by software provider as well.
Mobile Casino
There is no app but you can open Lucky Dino up in your browser. Low and behold, table games and live casino games were listed out on the mobile version. The bad news is as a Canuck, there’s a Geo restriction and you can’t access them. The mobile app is just like playing on your desktop but you’re actually getting to see the games you’re missing. Games load quickly and the clear graphics make it easy to see everything on a smaller screen. Log in options on the mobile are the same as the desktop, put in your email address and password. Navigation is simple.
Lucky Dino Software
There are a lot of big studios that power this online casino. Big names like NetEnt, Play ‘n GO, Quickfire, Yggdrasil, Thunderkick, Red Tiger, Eyecon, Evolution Gaming, Booming Games, Synot, Oryx Gaming are all part of the mix. Niche studios are in there as well, which slot aficionados are highly fond of. NetEnt offers up one of the most popular slots ever made, Starburst. Microgaming has over 85 games on offer such as Almighty Aztec and Wanted Outlaws. Smaller providers like Peter N Sons offers up their slot title D’Cirque and Eyecon with Shamans Dream 2.
VIP Programs Offered by Lucky Dino
There isn’t a tier system but you can collect points and receive rewards. They offer a simple rewards program called Dino Rewards. We didn’t have any information about it until we signed up. All you have to do is play slot machines and you’ll be collecting rewards. You can find out how many you have by going to the banking section. What you get in return may include free spins, super spins, and mega spins. Everything you win from these bonus incentives is wager free.
Support and Security
There’s a 24/7 live chat you can access from any page. They let you know where you are in the queue and how long it will take. If you’ve registered, you can access information regarding your account by going into Services. That, or you can email them at [email protected]. Support is friendly and knowledgeable. When it comes to giving them your name or any sensitive information so they can help you, no need to worry. The Lucky Dino online casino is a site you can trust. They use the most up to date encryption.
Responsible Gambling
Their responsible gaming section is comprehensive, and you can find it in the footer of any page. We weren’t notified of responsible gaming, but it was easy enough to find. They firstly let you know that you can contact them to use any of the tools they suggest. This includes limitations such as time and spending amounts. Self-inclusion is also possible where you completely block yourself from the casino. They also offer helpful advice and links to help you stop online casino play completely for a while.
Lucky Dino - In summary
The main perk at the Lucky Dino Casino really is those slots. It’s a friendly interface that’s easy to navigate around as well. It’s a nice look with a black background and gentle blue accents. While simple, it looks high quality. Registering and banking are easy and customer support is available whenever you need them. The Dino Rewards is generous, giving you scattered free spins for playing. It’s a bit of a shame Canadians can’t access the full collection of table games and the live casino but for those who can, it’s impressive. The slots (including progressive slots) make it well worth your while nonetheless. The zero wagering requirements for bonuses is also pretty sweet.
